Work Site Analysis (WSA) – an assessment of the workplace is conducted to determine the workers ability to perform their job role.
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) – this is useful to assess the workers current physical ability to perform their job.
Suitable Duties Plan (SDP) – this outlines safe work duties that the worker can perform. It also outlines restrictions and recommendations to be implemented within the work environment to minimise pain or aggravation of the injury.
Ergonomic Assessments – this is performed at the workplace and recommendations are given to the worker to encourage a better posture, and to minimise bad habits at the workplace. Exercises and stretches are also provided.
