Sarah Cremer

Sarah graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010. Since then she has worked in private practices both in Australia and in Europe, gaining valuable experience to enable high quality patient care. Sarah’s professional journey has taught her the value in holistic management, working collaboratively with her patients to create a management program that best suits their goals. She has also taken part in a yoga teacher training course in India, which showed how mindfulness and yoga can be beneficial in physiotherapy management.

Sarah has a growth of experience in general physiotherapy, but found a passion in persistent and chronic pain management – a field in which she has completed a post graduate Master’s degree. This has allowed her to treat with the most up to date, evidence based practice, in order to get the best results for her clients.

Sarah also offers a range of services including workplace assessments, pre-employment assessments, workstation assessments and case management.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys an active lifestyle, adventuring in the outdoors, running and practicing yoga.
