Hip Pain & Injury

Hip Pain

Hip pain is a common injury for all age groups. The hip joint works very closely in conjunction with the pelvis, SIJ and lumbar spine.

In order to assess your hip effectively, an examination of the lower limb, lumbar spine, pelvis, SIJ, foot biomechanics, core strength, and muscle strength is also important.

A thorough hip assessment will enable us at Active Physio Health to determine the cause of your hip pain, and prevent further injury in the future.
